Spinach Pepper Jack Panini

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Sourdough
  • 12 slices Rumiano Pepper Jack
  • 8 roasted red peppers
  • 8 oz baby spinach
  • chipotle mayo

Directions

spread bread with chipotle mayo Cover onesiide with 1 1/2 slices pepper jack top with red pepper pile on spinach top with second bread slice repeat to make 3 more sandwiches Toast in a panini press or grill pan until brown and cheese is melted Serve with olives
