2015: Rumiano Jalapeno Sausage Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rumiano cheese
  • 1 lb hot sausage
  • 2 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 large can chopped green chilies
  • 1 small can of jalapenos, chopped

Directions

Brown sausage, drain, place in a slow cooker. Stir in cream cheese, rumiano cheese, sour cream, and peppers. Cook until melted and hot.
