Ingredients

  • Rumiano Cream Cheese, Rumaino Chedder Cheese, Bacon, Whole fresh Jalapeno's

Directions

Mix 1 cup of Rumaino Chedder Cheese with the cup of Rumaino Cheese, Slice your whole fresh Jalapeno's I use 6 large ones and remove the seeds and cut them in half stuff them with the cream cheese mixture. I recommend using rubber gloves as the pepper juice gets into your skin and can be uncomfortable for the rest of the day. Then wrap each half in bacon and bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes until the bacon is crispy
