Italian Turkey Grilled Cheese

Italian Turkey Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 soft Semolina italian rolls
  • 4 slices mozzerella cheese, sliced
  • 4 slices provolone cheese, sliced
  • 4 slices basket cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pound sliced turkey
  • 3/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 cup prepared roasted red peppers, cut into pieces
  • 5 tablespoons softened butter

Directions

Cut the rolls in half lengthwise. Place the mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, basket cheese, turkey on the roll. Repeat for the remaining rolls. Top each evenly with some of the Italian dressing, and red peppers. Place the butter in a large skillet and melt. Place the sandwiches down and flip until each side is golden, about 2-3 minutes each side.
