2015: Cheesy potatoes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • milk
  • chicken boullion for flavor
  • fresh, shredded CHEESE!

Directions

So easy--boil a potato with skin on for each guest. When fully cooked, mash using the chicken boullion to get the consistency you like. Add chives and your favorite cheese(s) that you can shred directly into the mashed potatoes! Mix well, season to taste, and serve immediately! So good, you don't even need gravy!
