2015: Cheesy Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup shredded Rumiano Swiss cheese, 1 cup shredded (not grated) Parmesan cheese, 1 can non - marinated artichoke hearts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Drain artichoke hearts and dice. Mix mayonnaise, artichoke hearts and cheeses in a mixing bowl. Move it into a 2 quart oven-safe dish. Transfer dish uncovered to 350 degree preheated oven. Let bake for 20 minutes or until top is bubbly. Let cool 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite crackers or vegetables.
