2015: Brie and Apricot Bake

- Brie cheese, Phyllo dough, Apricot jam, butter, crackers and fruit to dip.
layer 5 pieces of phyllo with butter, than center Brie on it, spread a thick layer of apricot jam on it, wrap the phyllo around it, brush with butter , sprinkle with a little sea salt and bake till toasty brown in a 350 oven... serve with fruit, apple slices and crackers.
