BBQ Chicken Za

- honey bbq sauce
- Chicago Johnnys dark hot sauce
- grilled chicken
- two sliced scallions
- sharp cheddar cheese - grated
Stir together equal parts bbq sauce and hot sauce or until desired taste and paint on tortilla. Top with chicken, scallions, spinach, and cheese. Broil until cheese melts and the edges of the tort begin to brown. Slice and eat, eat, eat.
